Eligibility and Fee Waiver for Delhi University Financial Support Scheme
This scheme is open to the meritorious regular students enrolled in any UG/PG program in a department, institute or centre of DU, as well as those studying in constituent colleges, BTech programmes (including CIC), five-year integrated law programmes, SOL, and NCWEB.
Fee Waiver as per the Annual family income
- Income up to 4 lakh – Up to 100% fee waiver (Subject to maximum 15000)
- Income above 4 lakh and 8 lakh- up to 50% fee waiver (subject to a maximum of Rs 10000)

The following documents are required:
- EWS/OBC-NCL certificate
- Annual family income certificate
- Income certificate
- Self-attested copies of the latest income tax returns
- PAN Card
- Signed Undertaking
- A bonafide certificate from the head director of the department or the institute
- Marksheet of the last examination passed
- Latest Fee Receipt
- Bank passbook
- IFSC code and account number details

The application process is very simple and online:
